The undertaking is ambitious enough to advance the following line-up ofpropositions: 1. the paper takes an analytical look at a distinct number of hard facts adducible insupport of the view that the above-synopsized tendency, termed remaking, is a dynamic andpervasive driving force motivating language change; 2. based on the scrutiny of marked examplesavailable to observation, the paper argues that the same tendency is ineluctably accountable for theuninterrupted revitalization of language and its perpetual vibrancy and reasons that this movementtowards self-regeneration innate in language should be defined as language-internal creativitysurviving through time; 3. it is maintained that almost like a design feature, the tendency in questionis intrinsic to language and is set in motion whenever the need for it is felt. Amid the plurality ofcomparable postulates and proposals already known to the realm of historical linguistics, thecontention here is unmatched in the extent to which it stresses and dilates on the incrementallyprocreative regeneration (spiral development) recognizable in the predominant type of recurrenceof antecedent models.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者名(その他)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"59002","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"OHASHI, Katsuhiro","nameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"公開者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"立命館アジア太平洋研究センター"}]},"item_10001_relation_26":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"https://doi.org/10.34409/apujlr.5.0_1","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2432-1370","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"},{"subitem_source_identifier":"2432-1389","subitem_source_identifier_type":"EISSN"}]},"item_10001_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"大橋, 克洋","creatorNameLang":"ja"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","displaytype":"detail","filename":"1.
