Methods of making the fittings are discussed in some detail. Then the structure and shape of the pieces and where they are placed on the bustudan is considered. Information about the types of burins (punches) and their uses is outlined in the section on tools. Particulars of the different types of metalworking are given. Of the two types of metal artisans one uses heated metal and the other uses cold metal. The three cold metal techniques are engraving, light embossing and cutting out. Heating allows the use of thicker metal along with carving and deep embossing techniques. Information about these four is given in some detail. Finally we look briefly at the way these pieces are attached to the butsudan.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.34382/00012292","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10001_link_25":{"attribute_name":"URI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"http://hdl.handle.net/10367/146","subitem_link_url":"http://hdl.handle.net/10367/146"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"公開者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Ritsumeikan Center for Asia Pacific Studies"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"EADES, Carla NISHIYAMA Yuriko YANASE Hiroko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2019-11-18"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"2WEB.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"14.0 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"2WEB.pdf","url":"https://ritsumei.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/12299/files/2WEB.pdf"},"version_id":"01822382-4b9d-48b6-9619-44b1aa328242"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Traditional handmade metal fittings (kanagu), electroplated pieces, types of bruins, methods of making kanagu, without heat: engraved (kebori), embossed (ukibori) and cutout (sukashibori) and with heat: carved and embossed (jibori)","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Section 7: The work of the decorative metal fittings maker (kazari kanagushi)","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Section 7: The work of the decorative metal fittings maker (kazari kanagushi)"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"1","path":["1205"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2009-06-29"},"publish_date":"2009-06-29","publish_status":"0","recid":"12299","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Section 7: The work of the decorative metal fittings maker (kazari kanagushi)"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":1},"updated":"2023-07-25T11:54:13.268490+00:00"}
